Volume MA from Esignal to EXCEL

I am a new esignal user and was wondering what would be the best way to transfer a 20 day Volume MA into excel. My esignal charts is able to plot the VMA so i think there must be a corresponding EFS. I am somewhat familiar with DDE and am unfamilair with Java.

I know there is an EFS knowledge base which may cover this but it is fairly large. Is there any chapters that would be pertinant to my situation or should i read the whole thing in order to get the 20 day VMA.

I did use the search button for dde to excel but im still am lost.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Also try running a search in the forums for DDE and you should find several other examples on using DDE with EFS
