  • syntax errors

the following efs files will not open due to syntax errors. The last file was installed in a "function library" folder I created (in order for the other three efs files to work). Can you help with this, please?

The amBlauStudies.efsLib file is encrypted which is why it cannot be opened.
The file needs to be saved in the FunctionLibrary folder that should already exist in your eSignal directory.
The reason you are getting a syntax error is likely due to the fact that you saved it in a folder called "function library" and the scripts that use this file cannot find it.

If you do not have a FunctionLibrary folder in the eSignal directory check that you are running eSignal version 7.9.1 (or higher) which is required by the library file.

I have e-signal 8.0, but cannot locate "function library". How do I get to it?

If you are using the Search function of Windows then you need to look for FunctionLibrary and not "function library".
You can also use Windows Explorer to navigate to the eSignal folder where the FunctionLibrary folder is located (see enclosed image)
