daylight savings changes and esignal

Quick question:

I'm assuming that since eSignal seems to use the local system for its time basis, that as long as we do the daylight savings updates for 2007 on our systems, eSignal will not be impacted by the change (including EFS scripts that may rely on time).

Is this true?
