At this time the best version of this study is the one programmed by Michael Phillips and is available in his group at FileShare (link below)

There you can find two versions of it. The first one is just the plain AMA, while the other one is the AMA with Keltner-type bands.
Pros and cons of the first one is that you cannot select Source for the calculation, option which is instead available in the one with the bands.
If interested I have modified the second one to plot without the bands and also with the bands calculated as a fixed plus/minus amount instead of as a percentage.
