Is the synchronization issue fixed in 8.1?

I posted a question before Christmas asking if the synchronization between different timeframes was fixed. For example if I define a 5 min interval and a 15 min. interval in my code, retrieving the current price action (H/L/O/C) from both intervals at the same time may result in different values being displayed due to the time of closing price bars in the two timeframes.

But some moderator (maybe Jason) said that this will be fixed in ver 8.1. Is this true? Is the 8.1 beta ready within the march timeframe? It keeps sliding by.

Yes, this has been fixed for 8.1. Please review my post from 11/28/2006 in response to this issue.
