In reading through the 'Guide to Developing eSignal Graphics' in the knowledgebase, there is a reference to a "Guide to Developing Real-Time Trading Strategies in eSignal". Could someone please point me to its location?

If I remember correctly Brad Matheny [who compiled those guides] never finished it hence it was not posted.
