addband() bug

There is a bug with addband() where the band will not display if you set the BG color with SetBarBgColor. Clearly if the back ground color is really the background, than all lines (including addband()) should appear ontop of the background.

This has been an annoying bug for a very long time. Any chance for a fix?

This should be corrected in an upcoming version, and it's likely to make it into 7.4
