RSI w/Bollinger Bands

I'm looking to create an indicator that creates Bollinger Bands based on RSI(14,C). The indicator should display RSI(14,C) and use the last 50 values of RSI(14,C) to develop the Bollinger Bands. The upper and lower bands should be 2.1 standard deviations away from the middle band.

This indicator is mentioned in John Bollinger's book "Bollinger on Bollinger Bands", so I'm hoping it may already exist.

Can anyone: a) direct me to the indicator if it already exists or b) help me develop it?

Thanks for your quick response.

Not to be a pain, but is it possible to also plot the RSI within the bands?
In other words, show upper, middle and lower bands _and_ the RSI.
