Access IB volume for YM

Is there a way to access (via an eSignal EFS command) the volume for the Dow e-mini (symbol YM #F) that is provided by the datafeed from Interactive Brokers?

eSignal and EFS only use eSignal data.

A round-about way: Use the IB DDE to Excel (or API) to capture the data, write it to a .txt file, then read that in your efs.
