Setting Alerts From My Formula

Hi Guys - I have developed a new trading strategy but I want ti to alert me when a trigger is observed - could someone tell me how I can do this? I know there is some functionality in the platform as I have used it before but I cant remember how.

You would need to include in your formula the commands to trigger the alerts. See this article in the EFS KnowledgeBase for the description and syntax of the alert functions available in EFS.
You can find some basic examples of scripts that trigger alerts in the Alerts folder of Formulas. Also if you run a search through these forums for the keyword alert* you will find literally hundreds of examples of how to write code to trigger alerts.
