5 Day Breakout Alert

I've been trying to set up an alert that would notify me if:

a)A stock hit a new 5 day high, or
b)A stock hit a new 5 day low.

Only problem is, I don't know what to type in the conditions box.

Do I type 'close'? or do I need to know how to type 'last trade price'.
