Refreshing todays Hi and Low

On the EFS Todays High and Todays Low, how do I get it to refresh all day automatically instead of having to do it manually. I use tick charts if that makes any differences.
Secondly if you use the =2 like nq m3=2 it will not give new high or lows for the day till much later.

I'm able to duplicate this, and am unsure what causes the effect. One suggestion you may want to try until we can get this fixed is downloading the "Thermometer" script that Alexis made. This can be found here.
