text flashes when it overlaps with the last bar position

I upload an EFS to reproduce the flashing text bug. The text only flashes when it overlaps with the last bar (which is being updated). Just apply it on YM H8,5 and adjust the bar space a little bit to make sure the text 1 cross the position of bar 0. Text 2 and 3 do not flash. However if you shrink the bar space so that the right side of text 2 reaches bar 0, it would start to flash also.
