last tick of a bar

Is there anyway to determine when the last tick of a bar arrives? I see does it for first tick of new bar. getBarState()

The last tick arrives at some indeterminate time before the start time of the next bar, be that based on time, ticks, volume, range, or price change. So is it intellectual curiosity or scientific pursuit of a better mouse trap that inspires your query? If you discover the magic moment then by all means share it here!
