From what I am seeing at my end the issue seems to occur only with monthly charts for all 1! continuous contracts. Weekly charts of the 1! contracts and monthly charts of the specific contracts (even Eurex products) instead appear to be working (see enclosed screenshot). Anyhow I have passed this information on to eSignal's developers
