efs out of memory and delete

Anyone know if the delete keyword will hep garbage collection?
I'm not sure whether js is meant to implement it or has it just as a reserved word.

I've been reorganising some arrays to cope with out-of-memory errors ansd wonder if this might also help to improve garbage collection.

btw, esig tends to crash when it encounters this error, see it appears in the .\formulaoutput.log file.
