help with simple efs.

Could someone take a look at this efs. and tell me what I'm missing. I keep getting a syntax error telling me I'm missing a parenthesis ")" on line 53, but it looks right to me. I have other very similar efs' and they work fine with the parenthesis just like this one. I would appreciate any help.

For some reason the file did not attach. I keep trying but it won't let me attach the file. oh well I will try again later.
