Getting the current time interval

How would I say: "If the current time is 30mins from the highest high value covering the past 30mins?

I understand hhv(30, close()), but not the CurrentTime. I couldn't find any getCurrentTime function. Or is there a way to specify a specific time interval starting from the hhv or llv ?
