Searching for paint bar study

I am searching for a simple paint bar study.
The bars should change color every time
Stochastic 14,5,5 crosses.

The attached efs was created with the Formula Wizard and paints only the crossover bar.

This variation instead paints all the bars when %K is above or below %D.
