getMinute(0) != getMinute(0) on a 1 tick ES

I have the attached efs that checks for a new minute on a 1 tick es chart.
I notice that the minutes are not sequential and are repeated quite often.

Today i get repeats at 10.11 and 10.12, among other times later, not column 4 in Formula Output highlighting the differences

Am i missing something, is this an issue?

Is there a fix?

I reloaded the entire page and now i see no differences, the live data definitely had discrepancies.
