Problem With Tick Counter EFS

Hello,

For some time now, when I add a tick counter EFS to a tick chart, the counter remains static, displaying 1 less than the tick interval. E.g on a 200T chart, the EFS will always display 199.

I found another tick counter EFS on this forum (tib counter) but it behaves in the same manner. My original version is essentially the same as tib, but does not have the alert feature.
I have not modified either EFS.

I got someone from tech support to load this EFS on his charts and it worked. That's about as much as they could do.

I installed the latest version (V10.6.1879.975) but this did not resolve the matter.
I am running Vista 64 bit OS.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Mark,

Might check to make sure you don't have the global Compute on Close (not it's exact name, but something like it) turned on. Not sure where the configuration setting is in eSignal, but that would cause the behavior you're seeing.
