Loading Data when trying to display MA for another time period

If I try and add a 20 EMA to a the current chart and specify a higher time period that that for the current chart I receive "loading data" on the chart forf the 20 EMA for the higher time period. I've waited 10 or more minutes and the message still apears.

Try creating/using a 5 day time template for this. It helps.
