How can I securely sell a group of custom EFS Studies

Hello. Some time ago, I had coded four EFS Studies (3 Price Studies + 1 Indicator) that together constitute a standalone and complete trading system. Now, an individual has expressed an interest in purchasing the entire trading system. Can someone at eSignal guide me as to how I can execute this transaction in a secure manner so that the code is not revealed? Also, I would like to completely eliminate the possibility of further sharing of these studies by any entity that purchases a license from me.

I wish to sell only ten licenses for these studies, and no more. Registration of copyright for the programs is pending.
