Version control

Is there a built-in way of handling version control for efs studies. I'm constantly distributing new versions and can get confused myself, let alone users.

I could add a version number to the name of the efs file or the study title but I think this is a little unattractive.

If there is no built-in solution, how has everyone else managed this?

Yes ver numbers in the file name are clunky but I use them anyway. I also use a great free tool called Notepad++ which does auto backups and numbers each backup - VERY useful.
