Unlimit Overlay - Symbol Limit (7) removed?

There is such is feature called Unlimit Overlay in the New Adv. Charting of eSignal V11.2. Does it mean that the constraint that a single EFS program, as in V10.6, can access only a maximum of 7 symbols is removed?

Does it mean that in V11.2, a efs program can access unlimited number of symbols?
