Option setting eSig 11 that sets borders for bars...

Is there an option or efs setting in eSig 11 that (in addition to) the setBarFgColor option...allows you to specify that those bars have a border (i.e. that corresponds to the 'Border' option in the Edit Chart properties for an price chart)?
