why Alert.email is not working?

I set up email in tools->Alert->setting, and passed test. But I tried Alert.email in my efs, it is not working.

How can I make it working?

Does a regular price alert work via email? If it does, it's likely something in your efs code so you might want to post that code so some efs experts can take a look.
