Elapsed seconds in bar

I am trying to display the number of seconds that have elapsed for each bar on my advanced chart. It is a one-minute chart for ES #F. I tried the attached file, but the counter always freezes at 40 seconds for every bar. Does anyone have anything that might work?

I have identified the answer

When eSignal 10.6 is installed, the default setting in the Data Manager synchs the system clock to eSignal. This causes the problem when running elapsedtimebar.efs. In order for the formula to run properly, the sync with the system time must be unchecked.
