  • Encrypt an EFS and have it only work with a registered user

I would like to encrypt an EFS formula so I can sell it to some one else ... is there a way to encrypt the efs and then register the authorized userid with eSignal. I logged in and asked the live Techincal Help this question but he just referred me to the forums ...

    Thanks

You can encrypt a script using the Encrypt command in the Script Editor menu [in version 11] or the Encrypt/Decrypt command in the Tools-> EFS menu (in version 10.6 or earlier]
As to entitling a script to a user see the addEntitlement() function in the EFS KnowledgeBase
