Possible error in Chaikin MF Modified

The chaikin MF modified indicator is behaving suspiciously. I don't think it's updating correctly, yet I have no clue how to fix it.

So that others can try to help you may want to indicate [or post] the formula you are referring to as there may be more than one posted in these forums. You may also want to explain in what way you think it is not working correctly preferably with some specific examples that allow others to replicate the problem
