Tick Chart options

Hi Everyone

When I select tick chart, there is only one option, dynamic 00:00-24:00, as I know. It's very slow because it's loading some 50,000+ tick data into the chart. it's much worst when I have few efs attached to the chart. Is there a way to select the loading of say 500 tick data instead of the whole 24h of tick data.
Help is appreciated.

The way our tick data is stored on our server requires us to send a complete day's block of information at a time, so just requesting 500 ticks of data isn't possible without receiving the whole day's tick information.
