How to stop drawshape size from growing with increased bar spacing?

Is there anyway to "lock" the size of drawshapes?
With drawtext, you can choose the font size and the font remains that size irregardless how much you increase the bar spacing.
But with drawshape, the shape increases in size as you increase the bar spacing.
Is there anyway to apply a "fixed" size to drawshapes?
