Is there a way to cause a chart image to be exported to a file using EFS?

I am thinking about exporting the chart to a file if certain conditions are met. If I can provide a name for the exported file, that is even better, but a default name with a counter or time stamp is fine.

The screenshot capture tool is fine too, if it can be scheduled to export or triggered by EFS.

I figured that since EFS runs inside a chart, the scope of the capture should be at the chart level, not the page level. If the scope of a screenshot must be page level, then it would be easy to add another object in the page running an EFS study which triggers the screenshot capture when a certain condition is met.

Hello Omer,

To your question, we use a similar process that uses modified "EFS"s to send data to "DDE" which is then sent to Excel as a basis for triggering chart actions.
So, the good news is that what you want to do should be possible. We are working with an EFS programmer and assuming it works out, we could share some more information.
