I need a efs to be able to print the prices on the charts at certain price levels...and change the color of the prices printed on the chart and be able to adjust the minimum bars .....anyone have any ideas on how to do this.

The minimum number of bars can be set by creating a custom time template (FAQ on Time Templates).

As for an EFS formula that prints prices at various levels on the chart, check out LinesLabels.efs. Let me know if this is close to what you had in mind.
