Is it possible to have the histogram of the stochastic on the same chart area as the histogram and be able to change the color of the histogram as well as the outline of the histogram in a rising and falling situation....similar to Ensigns ?

You may want to do a Search on the Bulletin Board for "stochastic histogram" to see if this has already been done.
Even if what you find may not be exactly what you are seeking it will likely be an efs which means it can probably be modified to suit your needs
