  • TICKI & TICK as Support / Resistance

Does anyone have an idea how to plot $tick or $ticki onto
any chart interval for any price symbol which will give trigger indicators when certain tick/ticki levels are reached during the day.

    For example using $TICKI

When +22 an indicator is placed at the appropriate bar high
When -22 an indicator is placed at the appropriate bar low

Also would it be possible to monitor more than one symbol on the same chart such as having both the tick and ticki and maybe other indicators used by Mohan's High Five with corressponding trigger points or possibly even bands being shown

It could be useful to see these indicators to assist in market trading decisions during the course of the day.

I have downloaded 2 files however none update properly in real time on my system:-

      tickiextremes.efs
      ticki~1.efs

You have to refresh to get to display right.

I have tried to download tickitick.efs but it cannot be found, can you point me to a valid location to obtain a download.

However I am little confused that I am getting data on $ticki when the cash trading is out of hours, What is going on as when I look to a chart with $ticki alone it is not updating which is correct as far as I understand.

Thanks for the info I managed to obtain the file from another thread and it is a very nice indicator.

The only problem is to eliminate data when displaying in continuous futures charts which are trading out of hours from the cash market. There should be a setting to flat line that data from displaying, otherwise it just displays something but not relevant. In fact I do not know where the data comes from for the out of hours session.
