Alert to triggered from charts of different time frames?

I just wondered if it is possible to write a formula so that an alert is triggered using 3 charts of different time frames.

This is using the principle of Dr. Elder's triple screen method to enter/exit trades.

If this is not possible will the new 7.5 version be able to do this?
