xls counting of 1/64th

I know is not an EFS study but does anyone know how I can create a formula (in excel) that would count 1/64th (to keep track of my TY trades)?

I am not sure this answers your question but here is how you would format the cells to show 64ths.
As you can see TY is shown in both its native decimal format and duplicated in fractions. The Custom setting for the cells is shown below.
