Envelope PART II!

Hi there ... now i spend much time coding the envelope and have reached following result ... but there are some bugs in it... perhabs you can find them...



i marked the wrong signals ... sometimes the signals work correctly and sometimes there are signals i dont understand...

in the attachment there is the code of the formula...

sorry i noticed that something goes wrong with my attachment...

See if the attached efs is along the lines of what you are trying to do.
I used Strategy.doLong or doShort for the time being as proxies for flags but that can be changed very easily. Also I am only painting the backgrounds on the signal bars but also this can be changed easily.

thanks for trying but i think i didnt describe my ideas very good...
so here is exactly what i am planing...



the yellow marked points are trendchanges ...

-- basis crossing 2 times = Stop

-- crossing lower from bottom = do long

-- crossing upper from above = do short...

i dont know where the bug in my formula is hidden...

BTW...

I changed the Envelope length to "8" (first line of the file). You might want to change it back to 30.

Variation on my prior efs. This version was created using only the Formula Wizard so you can view/edit it using that tool.
Green indicates Long, red Short, yellow only a change of vFlag status.
There is one area that remains unclear ie when prices go back under the lower envelope where in your drawing you seem to indicate a short.
