I am not shure if I am right here but I will ask.

I would like to create a chart of the $INDU multiplicated with the
$DXC (US Dollar Index). Is this possible? Where can I get informations? Who can help me?

Just type the following as the symbol
$INDU *$DXC
Note the space before the operator and none after.

Hi, is it also possible fo create spreads between different equities, e.g., MFST-INTC? when i enter MSFT - INTC, with a space before the operator, i don't get the desired effect. How can i enter different weightings that i would like to use with the particular stock? thank you.

There must be no space after the operator, only before.
You can apply weightings also. Just type the number before the symbol. For example 10MSFT -15INTC. The weighting can also contain decimals for example 10MSFT /0.10$SPX

thank you for the quick reply. i must be doing something wrong because when i simply enter the formula into the Quote window, i get an invalid symbol error msg. hmm...

You cannot use spreads in a Quote window, only in Advanced Charts.
