Decimal to fraction conversion

I have been drawing some buttons lately and thought it would be neat to use fractions instead of 0.25 - I save two character places.

I wrote this littl edemo program to show how the math works, now I can incorporate the logic into the larger program and be sure the math is correct. No sense meesing up the big efs with something small like this.
