    Verify....

Please verify that you have enabled the ALERT functions within esignal (CTRL-A).

You should have POP UP ALERT and AUDIO ALERT checked in this window.

This is most likely the problem.

      it is marked

Thanks , but its not that,
both are marked, and the alert i'm talking about is from the EFS formula, not the manual alert.
Any way they're marked, and still......
also , it doesn't add the alert to the alert list.

      need help asap friends, PLEASE..........

In the formula you posted there is no command to trigger the Alert List, only to play a sound, draw shapes (up/down arrows) and draw text (L/S).
That aside I just ran the efs and it seems to be doing what it is supposed to.

it does show the signal on the chart

But it doesn't trigger the alert on the alert list window, and doesn't play the sound.

I'm desperate. the same formula works fine on another computer with the same definitions.

Any help will be highly apreciated.

            Alex appears to be right..

            Danny,

Alex is right. I don't think you have the same code loaded on both systems.

            This code you posted only
            1. plays sounds
            2. draws a shape
            3. draws text on the chart

There are NO alerts coded into this file - thus it will NOT generate any alerts (given its current status) - unless you add the alert code.

One other thing you might consider changing is the SOUND FILE path. I think just "BUY.wav" or "SELL.wav" will work.
