getInvokerID function error

A new function, called getInvokerID(), was added to the 7.5 release that is supposed to return a unique indentifier for each charting window. Testing of this function in both the release candidate and the Gold version always returns a value of -1. I have been working with Matt on having this function added to eSignal but I am posting here assuming that it's resolution now becomes part of the standard bug reporting process.

We are aware that getInvokerID() is currently broken. I'll make sure it's included in our bug list.
