Here is an updated efs that was used to get the performance report in the previous post. Please note: this efs is in its early testing stage and has enhancements that need to be added.

Additional testing. Biggest problem is weighting both sides L/S

Looking to get an average of 85%. Should'nt be to hard since I just started this

I downloaded the Power Trigger but was unable to get it to work.
I tried to look at the code and found it to be encrypted.

          Any suggestions?

          Thanks

I am not sure why it does'nt work. It works fine here. I have a newer version I am working on that is giving better results. I will post it when I am done. Try downloading again. Plus I need to add some commentary on how to use this indicator. I am very happy and excited with the newer version I am using!

One note is this efs does not load quickly like many others do. Probably becasue of all the computations.

Re: Reply to post ' Power Trigger'

I just loaded it up and it was up in about a 1/2 second - very fast - only
                loaded 4 days though

Are the red bars a buy signal?

The red bars are the sell signal. At this point the sell signals are the weakest point of this script. I am working on the long triggers first then moving to the sells last. At this point my buy signals are getting an average of 8 out of 10 winning trades. I am trying to figure out how to put a secondary trigger to the sell signal. Posted my question in the Formula Wizard forum.

Not sure why it only loaded 4 days. Mine is loading as far back as my charts will go.

I am working on a version for the active trader and one for the non. ( the active efs is much better at this point) Plus I need to add commentary to explain the signals and how the efs is to be interpreted

here is an idea on how to get better signals...

Take a look at the range of signals you receive over the ENTIRE set of
data - 120 days or so. Might be 10,000 bars of data.

Then sort the data and only take you buy/sell signals on the
                          strongest/weakest 10-20% of the signals.

Here is the best that I have for now. I am going to work on this over the next few months and reply with a newer version then.
This efs is for the non active trader. I have another for the active trader which I will post soon.
