Tick DownLoader

This morning, I downloaded 10 days of amzn tick data. The data set is ok and complete. However, after that for other symbols such as yhoo, ebay, brcm, ... the Tick DownLoader collected only about 1000 records of data, near the Market closing time (08:00 am Sydney, Australia time, please see attached file for example). Anyone knows the problem, please help.

if you are downloading tick data from esignal, there have been problems...see this thread.

what i've had to do at times is exit esignal, and exit whatever download program i was using, and restart them until my esignal data manager has logged on to a tick server which allows the download of complete data.
