Help with Fisher EFS

Could someone please help fix this script. It does not draw new data properly. Previous data is drawn properly but as the data is updated it does not draw properly. The best way to observe this is to load the script on a 1 minute chart and see what it is doing.

If you reload the script it is drawn properly until a tick takes place.
