I found a solution for 1 min. bars.
If I add one user defined row for 1 min. in the time-template:
Type : User-Defined
Interval: 1
#Bars: 30000
Bars=checked
I'm able to download 20-Days 1-min data.
If I try to enter something similar for seconds, it does not work.
Seconds and Tick are limited to 10 days. No more than 10 bars are allowed. And then, if we work with days, we are back to the problems described below in this thread.
Would be fine, if seconds could be treated the same way as minutes, at least for 10 days ( 864000 bars).
