MA of a higher timeframe

Is there an EFS file out there that will take the value of a moving average of a higher timeframe and draw a trendline on the smaller timeframe? Example from the picture below the 10 MA on the weekly is 45.792, taken that value and drawing a trendline on the 60min chart at 45.792.
