how to access 'Exchange Traded' field?

Since I can't narrow the Forex feed down to a single source, but can see the source in the Quote window...

In a study, how do I access the 'Exchange Traded' field from the Quote window?

How about bid and ask prices (of the same tick)?

(I'm trying to load bid and ask prices for FXCM into an array for checking Stops and Limits in my Strategy.)
