study useing depending on another symbol

Can a study be written useing another symbol to trigger it?

I want to draw a dot over any bar that occurs when $ticki is over 22, or under -22. This is what I came up with useing the wizard.
oh.....is it not possible to past to this window?? I can't past to formula. :>(

Here is an efs created with FW that might do what you want.
Note that it only provides the correct signals if the Time Template is set to regular trading hours for stocks.
